Surface Tension

Surface Tension?

Molecules in a liquid share an adhesive force with their neighbours, those on the surface only share half this force, a cohesive force. Liquids are more balanced when they have less cohesive force, so will always try to occupy a state with as little cohesive  force as possible, spherical.
